Blomberg Refrigerator: Models, Prices and What to Check
Short answer: a 535–601 liter Blomberg 4-door refrigerator costs about ₪5,500–8,000 (NIS) per store prices, and a 554–590 liter 2-door Blomberg bottom freezer about ₪3,800–6,050. The standout model for value is the KQD8300XP: 601 liters with inverter for about ₪5,500. Warranty on the product pages we saw is provided through Ralco.
We did not test the fridges physically. This guide is based on store product pages, Blomberg's model pages and model list on a price comparison site, and prices we saw in November 2026. With Blomberg, as with Haier, page data is not always consistent, and some models lack details like No Frost or Shabbat mode. We wrote what appears and what does not.
The short answer
Refrigerator, November 2026- about ₪5,500–5,600
- about ₪5,650–8,000
- about ₪3,800–6,050
- about 90.5–90.8 cm
- 1 year, through Ralco
- Light switch on some models
- Inverter on some models
Models worth checking
Picked on specs, Israeli importer warranty and shop prices in Israel in November 2026. We did not test them at home. Prices change, check before you buy.
Blomberg KQD8300XP
4-door, 601 liters (381 fridge / 220 freezer), 90.5 × 177.5 × 73 cm, inverter motor, class E, stainless
Why: Per the product page you get 601 liters with 220 liters of freezer and an inverter motor for about ₪5,500, a Shabbat light switch and warranty through Ralco.
Watch out: No Frost is not mentioned on the page, and the kashrut certificate's institute name does not appear in the text. The 73 cm depth will stick out from the cabinet line.
Blomberg KQD1622GB
4-door, 572 liters gross (376 / 196, 77-liter flex zone), 90.8 × 182 × 61 cm, black glass, class F
Why: Per the product page it is only 61 cm deep, with a 77-liter flex zone, so it barely sticks out from the cabinets; warranty through Ralco.
Watch out: Class F, and No Frost, inverter and Shabbat are not mentioned on the page. The glass version costs about ₪1,000–2,000 more than a stainless model of similar capacity.
Blomberg KQD1626XP
4-door bottom freezer, 535–572 liters (375 / 160 per one offer), inverter motor, class F per one offer
Why: Per the model page on Zap it is sold in seven stores from about ₪5,650, with an inverter motor and official importer warranty per one offer.
Watch out: Capacity is inconsistent between offers (572 or 535 liters), and dimensions, No Frost and Shabbat do not appear. Ask for the importer's spec.
Blomberg KQD1625X
4-door bottom freezer, 535 liters, digital control panel, flex zone (Flexi Zone)
Why: Per the model page on Zap it has a full digital control panel for the fridge and freezer zones and a flex zone, from about ₪5,800.
Watch out: Sold in only two stores, with a large gap (about ₪5,800 vs about ₪7,300), and the importer's name does not appear on the page. Confirm Ralco warranty.
Blomberg KND3954XP
2-door bottom freezer, 554 liters (394 / 160), No Frost, inverter compressor
Why: Per the model page on Zap it gives 554 liters with No Frost and inverter from about ₪3,800, the cheapest of the large Blomberg fridges we saw.
Watch out: Dimensions do not appear on the page, and Shabbat mode is not described. Ask for the width before ordering.
Prices in Israel: Refrigerator
2-door, 480–580 liters with No Frost and inverter on some models; for a family that wants large capacity without a 4-door.
535–601 liters in stainless, like the KQD8300XP and KQD1625X; for a family of 4–6 with a 90 cm niche.
572 liters in black or white glass, with a flex zone; you pay mainly for the finish, not capacity.
Price ranges seen in Israeli shops and price-comparison sites in November 2026, VAT included, usually without installation.
What to look at before buying
| What to check | What it is | Our recommendation |
|---|---|---|
| 4-door or bottom freezer | Blomberg sells two main families: KQD (4-door) and KND (2-door bottom freezer). | In a 90 cm niche, for a family of 4–6, KQD. In a narrower niche, or if you prefer one wide fridge door, KND. Confirm each model's width. |
| Net capacity | On Blomberg the capacity in the title is sometimes gross. On the KQD1622GB the page defines 572 liters as gross, and on the KQD1626XP there is a contradiction between 572 and 535 liters. | Ask for the fridge/freezer split. On the KQD8300XP the split per the product page is 381 and 220 liters. |
| Depth | There is a large depth gap between Blomberg models: the KQD8300XP is 73 cm, and the KQD1622GB only 61 cm per product pages. | In a narrow kitchen, or if you want a fridge that does not stick out from the cabinets, 61 cm depth is an advantage. Check the hinge clearance before placing it against a wall. |
| Shabbat | The KQD8300XP lists a Shabbat light switch and a link to a kashrut certificate, without the institute's name in the text. Other models do not mention Shabbat mode. | A light switch is not a full Shabbat mode. Ask for the kashrut certificate, and confirm what it covers. |
| No Frost and inverter | Some Blomberg 4-door product pages do not mention No Frost, and some mention an inverter motor. On KND models, No Frost and inverter appear in the offers. | Ask the seller explicitly whether the model is No Frost in all compartments. On a 4-door fridge it is expected, but better to confirm. |
| Warranty | On product pages at Bug, Blomberg fridge warranty is provided through Ralco, the same company that provides Sharp's warranty, for one year subject to the certificate. | Buy from an offer that states official importer, and check whether there is a compressor extension and at what price. The exact length of compressor warranty does not appear on the pages. |
Is a Blomberg refrigerator worth buying?
A Blomberg refrigerator is worth it for anyone who wants a large 535–601 liter 4-door fridge for about ₪5,500–6,000, or a bottom freezer of about 554 liters for under ₪5,000, and is willing to check details missing from the product pages themselves.
What Blomberg sells in Israel: per the model list on Zap, Blomberg has more than twenty household fridges on the first page alone: the KQD 4-door series (522–601 liters), the KND 2-door bottom-freezer series (480–590 liters), and a 510-liter top-freezer model. Blomberg also sells freezers, like the 220-liter FNT3661WP 6-drawer freezer, which we reviewed in our best freezer guide.
Who stands behind the service: on the product pages we read at Bug, Blomberg warranty is provided through Ralco, for one year, subject to the warranty certificate. Ralco is also Sharp's importer, so Blomberg and Sharp fridge service is linked to the same company.
Strengths, per what we saw:
- Capacity per shekel: 601 liters on the KQD8300XP for about ₪5,500.
- Large freezer: 196–220 liters of freezer on the 4-door models per product pages.
- Shallow depth on some models: 61 cm on the KQD1622GB.
- Flex zone on several models.
What is less clear:
- No Frost is not mentioned on the pages of several 4-door models.
- A full Shabbat mode does not appear; the KQD8300XP has a light switch and a kashrut certificate, without the institute's name in the text.
- Capacities and ratings are inconsistent between offers for the same model.
- The length of compressor warranty does not appear.
Who it suits: a large family with a 90 cm niche, who does not need a full Shabbat mode, and wants Sharp 4-door capacity for less money.
Blomberg 4-door: models by capacity and price
The Blomberg 4-door is sold in capacities of 522–601 liters, and per the model list on Zap prices range from about ₪5,500 for stainless to about ₪8,000 for glass.
The models in the list, by price:
- KQD8300XP (601 liters, stainless): about ₪5,490.
- KQD8301DX (601 liters, black stainless): about ₪5,590.
- KQD1626XP (572 liters): from about ₪5,650, and in another offer about ₪5,845.
- KQD1625X (535 liters): from about ₪5,800.
- KQD1621X: about ₪5,990.
- KQD1622GB (572 liters, black glass): about ₪6,490–7,690.
- KQD1636XBR (572 liters, black stainless): from about ₪6,700.
- KQD1250IN (522 liters): about ₪6,990.
- KQD1628XP (572 liters): about ₪7,190.
- KQD1620GW (535 liters, white glass): about ₪7,190.
- KQD1623EGW and KQD1644GB (glass): about ₪7,980–7,990.
The difference between the 8300 and the 1622: per the product pages at Bug, the KQD8300XP is 90.5 × 177.5 × 73 cm with 381 liters fridge and 220 liters freezer, inverter and class E. The KQD1622GB is 90.8 × 182 × 61 cm, 376 liters fridge, 196 freezer and a 77-liter flex zone, class F. In other words: the 8300 gives more freezer and inverter for less money, and the 1622 is much shallower and in glass.
How to choose:
- Value for money: KQD8300XP or KQD8301DX.
- Narrow kitchen, fridge that does not stick out: KQD1622GB, 61 cm deep.
- Flex zone: KQD1625X or KQD1622GB.
- Glass finish: KQD1622GB, KQD1620GW, KQD1644GB.
Quick comparison: the 611-liter net Sharp SJ-9270 with a Shabbat device costs about ₪8,500–9,000, and the 611-liter Haier HRF-6200F from about ₪5,700. The Blomberg KQD8300XP is in the same range as Haier. We compared all brands in our 4-door refrigerator guide.
Blomberg bottom freezer and 2-door
The 2-door Blomberg bottom freezer is sold in capacities of 480–590 liters, and per the model list on Zap costs about ₪3,830–6,050, about ₪1,500 less than a Blomberg 4-door of similar capacity.
The models in the list:
- KND3954XP (554 liters): from about ₪3,830. Per the model page, 394 liters fridge and 160 freezer, No Frost and inverter.
- KND3956XPP (580 liters): from about ₪4,620.
- KND3965XBRP (580 liters): about ₪4,990.
- KND3956XP (554 liters): about ₪5,160.
- KND3958XPP (480 liters): about ₪5,190.
- KND3720XP (590 liters net): about ₪6,040.
- DND 9977 X (510 liters, top freezer): about ₪4,600.
Why a 554-liter bottom freezer: it gives almost the capacity of a 4-door fridge, with one wide fridge door that is convenient for large trays. The downside: a wide door needs room to open, and the width of KND models does not appear on the pages we read. If it is 70 cm, it is a solution for a kitchen where 90 cm will not fit.
What to check: the exact width, the door-opening space, and whether there is a Shabbat mode. One offer for the KND3954XP has a Shabbat-related phrase in the title, but the page does not detail what it includes.
Blomberg top freezer: the list also includes the DND 9977 X, a 510-liter top freezer for about ₪4,600. At similar capacity, other brands' top freezers cost less, so it stands out less on value.
For bottom freezers in general, including other brands' 60 and 70 cm models, read our bottom-freezer refrigerator guide.
Shabbat and kashrut in a Blomberg fridge
The Blomberg models we read do not show a full Shabbat mode; the KQD8300XP has a Shabbat light switch and a link to a kashrut certificate, but the institute's name does not appear in the page text.
What we saw:
- KQD8300XP: a Shabbat light switch and a link to a kashrut certificate file, per the product page at Bug.
- KQD1622GB: Shabbat mode not mentioned.
- KQD1626XP, KQD1625X: Shabbat mode not mentioned on the model pages.
- KND3954XP: a Shabbat-related phrase in one offer's title, without detail.
Light switch vs Shabbat mode: a light switch turns off the bulb when you open the door. In a fridge with a digital control panel, sensors and fans, opening the door can trigger other components. A full Shabbat mode disables those too. Check with your rabbi what you need, and ask the seller for the kashrut certificate to see what it covers.
If Shabbat is a requirement: in Blomberg's price range, options with a well-documented Shabbat mode include the Haier HRF7100F, whose offers describe Mishmeret HaShabbat certification, or the Electra EL522DN, with Tzomet Institute certification for the light, door sensor, compressor and fans per the product page. We detailed them in our Haier and Electra refrigerator guides. Above that, the Sharp SJ-9270 with the SHARP Glatt device.
Blomberg warranty and Ralco
On Blomberg product pages at Bug, warranty is provided through Ralco for one year, subject to the warranty certificate; the length of compressor warranty does not appear on the pages we read.
What is known:
- On the KQD8300XP: a one-year warranty subject to the Ralco certificate.
- On the KQD1622GB: warranty handled through Ralco.
- On the KQD1626XP: one offer on Zap lists official importer warranty.
- On the KQD1625X and KND3954XP: importer and warranty do not appear on the model pages.
Ralco and Sharp: Ralco is Sharp's importer. In our Sharp refrigerator guide we found a warranty of one year plus 9 years on the compressor for Sharp. We found no confirmation that the same terms apply to Blomberg, so ask the seller.
What to ask the seller for:
- A warranty certificate in the name of Ralco or another official importer.
- The length of compressor warranty, and whether there is a paid extension.
- Technician arrival times in your area.
Parallel import: on models sold in only two or three stores, like the KQD1625X, the difference between an official offer and another offer can be large. Prefer an offer that states official importer, even if it is more expensive.
Blomberg fridge dimensions, depth and installation
A Blomberg 4-door is about 90.5–90.8 cm wide, so it needs a niche wider than 91 cm; depth varies a lot between models, from 61 cm to 73 cm.
Dimensions from product pages:
- KQD8300XP: 177.5 cm high, 90.5 cm wide, 73 cm deep.
- KQD1622GB: 182 cm high, 90.8 cm wide, 61 cm deep.
- KQD1626XP, KQD1625X, KND3954XP: dimensions do not appear on the model pages on Zap.
What 12 cm of depth means: a 73 cm deep fridge will stick out about 10–13 cm from a regular cabinet line, and in a narrow kitchen that is felt in the passage. A 61 cm deep fridge will stick out roughly only the thickness of the doors. If this matters to you, read our zero-clearance refrigerator guide before choosing, and check the hinge clearance with the importer.
Height: 177.5 cm on the KQD8300XP is relatively low for a 4-door fridge, and may fit under an upper cabinet where other fridges will not.
Getting it into the home: a 90.5 cm wide fridge must pass through the front door and elevator. Check in advance whether doors will need to be removed, and whether the movers do it.
On installation day: level the fridge, make sure the doors close by themselves and the drawers slide all the way out, and let it stand for a few hours before plugging in, per the manual's instruction.
Blomberg vs competitors
In the ₪5,500–6,000 range for a 600-liter 4-door fridge, Blomberg competes mainly with large Haier models and Electra; the main differences are Shabbat mode, depth and service.
4-door around 600 liters:
- Blomberg KQD8300XP: 601 liters, 220 freezer, inverter, about ₪5,490. Light switch, no full Shabbat mode.
- Haier HRF-6200F: 611 liters, from about ₪5,700 per the model list on Zap.
- Haier HRF7100F: about 605 liters, from about ₪5,430, with Shabbat mode per the offers.
- Electra EL685 / EL6610: 600–601 liters, about ₪4,000–4,750.
- Sharp SJ-9270: 611 liters net, about ₪8,500–9,000, SHARP Glatt device.
What Blomberg gives more of: a large freezer (220 liters on the 8300), and shallow 61 cm glass models.
What less: a full, documented Shabbat mode, and consistent data on product pages.
2-door bottom freezer: the 554-liter KND3954XP from about ₪3,830 competes with the 451-liter LG GRB479BF from about ₪3,150. Blomberg gives more capacity; LG gives Brimag service and full dimension data in the offers.
For a full comparison between brands, see our best refrigerator guide.
Flex zone and a large freezer: Blomberg's advantage
The standout advantage of the Blomberg 4-door is large freezer capacity: per product pages, 196–220 liters of freezer, and on some models a flex zone that can switch between fridge and freezer.
How it compares: on the KQD8300XP the freezer is 220 liters out of 601, more than a third. On the Haier HRF-4494 the freezer is 133 liters net, and on the Sharp SJ-9270 216 liters. In other words, Blomberg at around ₪5,500 gives a Sharp-sized freezer that costs about ₪8,500 and up.
Who needs a freezer like this:
- A family that cooks ahead for Shabbat and holidays and freezes.
- Anyone who buys meat and chicken in bulk on sale.
- A large family that does not want a separate freezer on the service balcony.
Flex zone (Flexi Zone): on the KQD1622GB it is 77 liters per the product page, and on the KQD1625X offers mention a flex zone with a digital control panel. Such a zone lets you turn a drawer into a freezer before a holiday and into a fridge for drinks and vegetables the rest of the year. Check the zone's temperature range in the manual, because not every model reaches full freezing temperature.
The price of a large freezer: less fridge capacity. On the KQD8300XP fridge capacity is 381 liters, less than 395 liters on the Sharp SJ-9270, despite similar total capacity. If you mostly buy fresh, a fridge with a different ratio may suit you better.
And No Frost in the freezer: in a 200-liter freezer without No Frost, ice builds up quickly. On some 4-door model pages No Frost is not mentioned, so confirm with the seller before ordering.
Which Blomberg fridge by family size
Choose a Blomberg fridge by net capacity and niche width: a bottom freezer of about 480–554 liters for a family of 4, and a 572–601 liter 4-door for a family of 5 or more.
- Family of 3–4, budget up to ₪5,000: KND3954XP, a 554-liter bottom freezer. Confirm the width before ordering.
- Family of 4–5, 90 cm niche: the 535-liter KQD1625X with a flex zone, or the KQD1626XP.
- Family of 5–6, cooking and freezing a lot: the 601-liter KQD8300XP, with 220 liters of freezer.
- Open kitchen where the fridge is in view: KQD1622GB, in black glass and 61 cm deep.
- Couple or rental unit: Blomberg suits this less. In our 2-door refrigerator and cheap refrigerator guides you will find 333–350 liter models for about ₪1,500–2,900.
And if you need more freezer space: instead of moving up to a larger model, you can add Blomberg's 220-liter FNT3661WP 6-drawer freezer next to an existing fridge.
Bottom line: which Blomberg fridge to buy
For the best value buy the 601-liter Blomberg 4-door KQD8300XP for about ₪5,500; for a narrow or design-led kitchen, the 61 cm deep KQD1622GB; and for a budget under ₪5,000, the 554-liter KND3954XP bottom freezer.
- The most capacity per shekel: KQD8300XP, 601 liters, 220 liters of freezer.
- Shallow glass fridge: KQD1622GB, 61 cm deep.
- Flex zone: KQD1625X.
- Large bottom freezer for under ₪5,000: KND3954XP.
What not to do: buy a Blomberg if you need a full Shabbat mode without checking the certificate, rely on the capacity in the title without checking net, and order for a tight niche without checking depth and hinges.
Order of checks: width and depth, net capacity, No Frost, Shabbat, Ralco warranty, and only then price.
Questions to ask the seller before paying: Is the model No Frost in all compartments? What is the net fridge and freezer capacity? What exactly does the kashrut certificate cover, and who is the institute? How many years of compressor warranty are there, and if there is an extension, how much does it cost? Does delivery include carrying up to your floor and removing doors? Written answers to these five questions will save you surprises on delivery day, and let you compare Blomberg with Haier, Electra and Sharp on the same basis.
The bottom line
4-door 601 liters: about ₪5,500–5,600. 4-door 535–572 liters: about ₪5,650–8,000.
